He’s celebrated for shaping culturally resonant, purpose-led, and business-driving ideas across advertising, digital, experiential, shopper, rural, and OOH. A true creative hybrid, Arpan blends culture, design, media, and technology to craft ideas that elevate both brands and the lives they touch.

He has created defining work for global icons including Unilever, Mondelez, Audi, Volkswagen, Honda, Google, Star Plus, Hotstar, Star Sports, Nutralite, Nerolac, Asian Paints, ITC, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Pepsi, Swiggy, McDonald’s, and many more.

His work has earned 300+ awards across the world’s leading shows — Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, One Show, LIA, NYF, Spikes Asia, Adfest, Effies, WARC, Kyoorius, Dragons of Asia, and Abby One Show, among others.

Highlights include a Gold Lion in the Creative Commerce category (2022) for Unilever’s Smart Fill, along with Silver and Bronze Lions and three additional shortlist recognitions; a Bronze Lion and six shortlists for Lifebuoy’s Hackwashing; a Cannes shortlist (2025) for Honda Dry Thru; and two shortlist recognitions (2023) for Suvidha Centre.

Currently the Chief Creative Officer at Tribes Communication, Arpan was formerly the National Creative Director at VMLY&R Commerce and a member of its Global Creative Council, where he helped propel the agency to #7 in Asia at Cannes Lions.

A frequent jury member at leading global and regional award shows, Arpan has judged Young Cannes Lions (Print, 2023), Kyoorius, Abby One Show, YouTube Works, Dragons of Asia, MAA Globes, Foxglove, Cresta, Reinvent OTT & Digital Innovation, Promax Asia, and MadStars.
